Golden Future

I am Agustella Thoma, an expert in the field of Marketing (mainly digital) as well as in the Banking system. I am constantly engaged in personal and professional self-development, with ambitions to specialize in this field and mentor individuals interested in it (focusing on young age groups). I am an activist for civic causes, contributing to increasing civic engagement to participate actively in local governance (focusing on environmental issues).

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (in 2006), a Master's degree in Marketing and International Business from the European University of Tirana (in 2011), and a certification in Professional Social Media Management from the Online Marketing Academy Albania (in 2016). I received a silver certificate from EMI COACHING AND CONSULTING and participated in the Coaching from the Cauch training in 2022.
Regarding my professional experience, I have ten years of experience (2008-2018) in the second-level banking market, including seven years as a consultant for small businesses and then as a Specialist in the Medium and Large Business Department at ProCredit Bank, followed by a three-year experience as Corporate Customer Manager at Alpha Bank. Since 2018, I have worked as a freelance digital marketing professional, working for many foreign and local companies on platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. I am also a partner at Online Marketing Albania for the years 2017-2020.
Since 2018, I have legally represented the non-profit organization Nisma e Luleve, which aims to increase civic engagement for active participation in city administration by identifying unmet issues (mainly environmental) by the local authorities and offering further proposals and solutions to be followed in collaboration with them. Since 2020, I have been a partner with EMI-CC and EKA companies. These companies operate in the field of training, specifically Personal and Professional Development and Digital Marketing.
I first contacted the Albanian Women's Benefit Association (NDGSH) in 2022, with a reference from Ms. Elida Motro, founder and CEO of EMI CC Coaching & Consulting, a member of the NDGSH board, and an NDGSH Assembly member, as well as my trainer since 2021. As the head of a non-profit organization and engaged in civil society since 2018, I was also proposed to become a part of Future Golden Lady within the NDGSH association, led by Ms. Sevim Arbana, which aims to convey healthy and valuable principles to future generations on how civil society should play its role in the governance of a country by giving maximum contributions.
I have great confidence in the mission and vision that Ms. Sevim Arbana and Elida Motro have for the future of the NDGSH and the Academy.
