I am Aurela Murati, a graduate of Industrial Chemistry, from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana (in 2008), I followed the Marketing Course at a distance, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (in 2011), graduated Master in Business Administration, Mediterranean University of Albania (in 2014), evaluated with a silver certificate from EMI COACHING AND CONSULTING, a participant in the training for Human Resources.
My professional experiences begin with the position of Assistant/Secretary of the General Director (from March 2009 - November 2018), Consultant for personnel qualification/Human Resources Director, at Alpet company (from November 2018 - ongoing), Trainer in the course of "Modern Secretary" (from November 2022 - ongoing).
I became acquainted with the Albanian Women's Union in Doba in the spring of 2022, through my mentor, Coach Elida Motro, founder and CEO of EMI CC Coaching & Consulting, a member of the board of the AWU, as well as a member of the Assembly of the AWU for many years.
In fact, I had been looking for something to fulfill me for some time, but I had not yet understood what it was, and when I was given the opportunity to meet and collaborate later with Mrs. Sevim Arbana, it was like a bell that I had been waiting for a long time to hear her welcoming sounds, and I absolutely embraced the idea with great desire.
I am involved in the projects of the Women's Academy at AWU, in the programs of certified professional courses by the Ministry of Finance, with the course of "Modern Secretary" prepared and directed by me.
I think that each of us should find a way to serve and give back to society, where is better than within an association that has made a valuable contribution to the causes it has treated, defended, and developed of civil society, said in this way, I would like to be known as: A Woman, a Mother, a Daughter who wants to share her experience of several years as an Assistant/Secretary with anyone who wants to turn it into a profession or to have it as added value in the position where she is.
I also want to share with you the desire to contribute voluntarily to the creation of the 30-year digital archive of the association.
One way to motivate society to contribute to the development of the association could be to organize events and activities that attract public attention and participation, such as forums, seminars, workshops, cultural events, and exhibitions, where the AWU could showcase its achievements and initiatives, and highlight the importance of gender equality, women's rights, and women's empowerment.
My advice or my life motto is: Be the reason someone changes their life for the better, be the reason someone smiles, be the reason someone grows professionally, be the reason why you offer yourself voluntarily even to help just one person!
